1、国际学生必须遵守中国的法律、法规。如有违法者，予以开除学籍。

International students should abide by the laws and regulations of China. A student will be dismissed from school if he/she breaks the law.

2、国际学生应遵守学校的校规校纪，尊重中国的社会公德、风俗与生活习惯，学生之间相互尊重对方的文化及风俗习惯。因违反校规校纪，情节严重者予以开除学籍处分。

International students should abide by the rules and regulations of the university, respect the social morals, customs and living habits of China. A student will be dismissed from school if he/she breaks the rules and regulations of the university.

3、学校鼓励国际学生参加学校社团以及学校组织举办的文体活动，并在我国法律、法规规定的范围内活动。如有集体集会活动必须上报学院和学校。未经允许私自集会，造成严重后果者，予以开除学籍。

We encourage international students to participate in recreational and sports activities organized by the school associations, clubs and the university. All activities should be carried out within the limits of the laws and regulations of China. If you want to organize some gatherings or activities, you should make a formal request to do so in advance. A student might be dismissed from school if s/he organizes any gathering or activity leading to serious consequences.

4、学校尊重国际学生的民族习俗和宗教信仰，但不提供举行宗教仪式的场所，严禁在校内及其他非宗教场所进行传教及宗教聚会等活动。如果违反中国宗教政策，情节严重者予以开除学籍处分。

We respect the ethnic habits and religious beliefs of all international students; however,we do not offer places for religious rituals. All missionary work and religious gatherings are not allowed on campus or non-religious sites.A Student might be dismissed from school if he/she violates the religious policies of China.

5、国际学生不得非法打工；不准酗酒、赌博、吸毒、打架斗殴及传播、复制、贩卖非法书刊和音像制品；不得在校园内无证驾车、超速行驶或不按规定行车。国际学生因非法打工、打架、斗殴、酗酒等，造成的不良后果，包括学生的人身安全和个人财产方面的损失，由学生本人承担，主要责任人和参与者予以开除学籍处分，违法者同时依法追究法律责任。

International students should not engage in illegal work, excessive drinking, gambling, drug abuse or fighting. They are not allowed to spread, copy or sell illegal publications; they should not drive without a licence, exceed the speed limit or drive beyond the limits of the school regulations. A student will be responsible for any consequences or loss to personal property caused by illegal working, fighting or alcohol drinking etc. And s/he will be dismissed from school and will be held liable for legal violations

6、国际学生应遵守留学生宿舍管理规定，违反规定者视情节轻重予以通报批评、赔偿损失、退宿等处罚。

International students should abide by International Student Dormitory Regulations.A student might be reprimanded,asked to pay for the damages or to leave the dormitory if s/he violates the regulations.

7、学期中如有出境入境行为须在入境后24小时内持护照及住宿手续到国际交流与合作处国际学生办公室或所属派出所进行登记；如有住址变更须持护照及住宿手续到国际交流与合作处国际学生办公室或所属派出所进行登记。

During the semester, if you travel abroad, you should come with your passport to the International Students Office or thelocal police station within 24 hours after your re-entry to China for residence registration. If your address has changed, you should come to the International Students Office or the local police station to register your residence information.

8、如需请假1天以上，须到所在学院学生管理办公室领取请假申请表，填写后先由班主任老师签字批准，再由学院负责老师签字盖章后交到国际交流与合作处国际学生办公室。

If you ask for leave for more than one day, you should come to the Students Management Office to get a leave application form, fill it out, ask your head teacher to sign it, ask the responsible teacher to sign it and stamp it, and submit it to the International Students Office of the International Exchange and Cooperation Office.

9、请保管好自己的护照，并随时关注自己的签证（居留许可）到期时间，以免发生非法滞留。体检、签证办理、学生证办理、结业证办理等请随时关注国际教育学院一楼大屏幕上显示的通知。

Please keep be mindful of your passport, and check the expiration date of your visa (residence permit) to avoid illegal stay in China. For medical examinations, visas, student’s cards, please pay attention to the notices posted on the screen on the first floor of the School of International Education.

10、国际学生应按时上课，对于旷课、请假过多的学生会按照学校相关规定予以警告等处罚，情节严重者将取消考试资格，直至取消学籍。

You should go to class on time. In accordance with the regulations of the school, if you ask for leaves too often, we will give you a warning, deprive you of the qualification to take examinations or dismiss you from school.
